Wally Works builds custom CRMs, dashboards, websites, and one-of-a-kind tools for the small businesses big agencies forget. There are two of us, and the whole outfit fits in the titleblock at the bottom of this sheet. Made human. Made local. Built by hand on the Treasure Coast.

Hey, I’m Austin. I build the tools.

Husband, dad of two boys, and an RV salesman on the Treasure Coast who taught himself to ship real production tools by working with AI as a real collaborator.

It started on nights and weekends around a full-time sales job. Nine working tools in the first five weeks, and it hasn’t slowed down since; there are tools we built running in real shops on this coast right now. My family has been builders in this country since Ralph Wallen stepped off the ship Anne in Plymouth in 1623. I’m just the next one.

I spent my career in sales. I left it to build Wally Works full time, so this isn’t a side project for me. It’s the job.

Austin is the reason I’m here. He’s the one who showed me AI was good for more than making cute pictures, and once I saw what it could actually build, the rest wasn’t a hard decision.

We both build and we both talk to the customers. There’s no handing you off: whoever picks up is the one working on your tool.

I’m a follower of Jesus Christ, I like helping people, and solving problems is the thing I’ve been blessed with. Building tools for shops around here is what that looks like on a weekday.

General notes · how the shop works

  1. Start with the problem, not a pitch. We’d rather understand what’s slowing you down than walk you through a slideshow. Tell us in a sentence or two. It comes straight to us; expect a real reply the same day.

  2. Talk to the person who builds it. No account managers, no hand-offs to a team you never meet. The two of us who take your call are the two who build your tool.

  3. See it work before you owe a dollar. A couple of conversations to figure out exactly what you need, then we build you a working demo, on us. You only pay once you’ve seen it work and want the real thing.

  4. Local means local. Built on the Treasure Coast, for the Treasure Coast. We’re glad to meet you in person, and once we’re working together you’ll have both our numbers. If something breaks you call us, not a queue. We’re twenty minutes away.
