What this site knows about you, and what happens to it.

No legal boilerplate here. This page lists every way this site touches your information. It’s short because the honest answer is short.

What the form collects

The project form asks for five things: your name, your phone number, your email, the type of business you run, and a few sentences about the problem you want solved. That’s the only place on this site that asks you for anything.

Where it goes

Straight to us. The form is handled by this site’s own server and emailed to our inboxes; it does not pass through a third-party form service. We read your message and reply to it. That’s what it’s for.

What we keep

The server also writes a copy of your message to a file of its own, kept outside the public site where nobody but us can reach it. That’s there so an email hiccup can never lose what you sent. It isn’t shared with anyone and it isn’t used for marketing.

We keep it indefinitely. A problem somebody described to us a year ago is often why we can help them quickly today. If you’d rather we didn’t, say so and we’ll delete it.

The form also keeps a scrambled version of the address your request came from, with a note of when, so a bot can’t sit there hammering it. That record holds nothing else about you and isn’t attached to your message.

Cookies, analytics, and trackers

There aren’t any. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no ad or social trackers. That’s why there’s no cookie banner: there’s nothing to consent to.

Fonts

The type on these pages is served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, the same as on any site that uses the service. That request is handled under Google’s privacy policy.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, the server that hosts wally.works keeps routine technical logs: the IP address a request came from, what was requested, and when. That’s standard hosting plumbing for keeping the site running, not a profile of you.

See it, fix it, delete it

Email contact@wally.works and ask. Whatever we have from you, you can see it, correct it, or have it deleted. There’s no account to close and no mailing list to unsubscribe from. We don’t sell your information.

Changes

If how this site handles information changes, this page changes with it, and the revision line at the top gets a new date.
