What we build
The tool you need probably doesn’t exist yet. So we build it.
Some jobs we’ve built enough times we could draw them in our sleep. The ones we love are the ones nobody’s built before. Either way, it’s built to your shop, not from a menu.

Custom CRMs
Every job, every customer, and every follow-up on one board the whole crew can see, instead of sticky notes and a spreadsheet nobody quite trusts.
It gets built around the way your shop already runs: your job types, your stages, your words for them. When somebody moves a job, everyone sees it move.
Know exactly who your regulars are, and bring back the ones who quietly drifted off before they’re gone for good.
People sign up at the counter in about ten seconds. After that it watches for the regular who hasn’t been in for a while and tells you while there’s still time to do something about it.
An app built around whatever you’re actually doing: taking bookings, tracking jobs, running a membership, or testing an idea nobody makes software for yet. It opens at a link on any phone, so there’s nothing to download and no app store standing in the way.
That also means you’re not waiting two weeks on a store review to fix a typo. We change it, and it’s changed the next time anyone opens it. And if you do have people working for you, they’re all on the same version without you chasing anybody.
Note
Field reports belong to the shops we build for, in their own words. Nothing prints
here until a client has read it and signed off on every line.
Start a project
Every build starts the same way.
A couple of conversations to figure out exactly what you need, then we build you a working demo, on us. You only pay once you’ve seen it work and want the real thing.
